Getting Started

The two basic scenarios for using Fabasoft app.test are:

Recording and Running Tests

For recording, running and managing tests you need Eclipse with the Fabasoft app.test Eclipse Plug-in installed. In addition, a client is needed that fulfills all requirements for working with a Fabasoft installation (supported web browser, installed Fabasoft Folio Client or Fabasoft Cloud Client).

Note: The tests can be run on the same workstation where Eclipse is installed.

Running Tests in a CI Environment

For running tests in parallel on different client platforms the Fabasoft app.test Starter, Fabasoft app.test Console Player and Fabasoft app.test Agent are provided.
